Organisations may wish to replenish pickface locations in order to reach the pickface locations Target Quantity.
To support this, a Pickface Replenishment Job can be performed.
Creating a Replenishment Job
To get started, visit the Jobs view.
Select the Add button and choose 'Create Replenishment'.
This will open the Pickface Replenishment Jobs view, allowing you to configure your replenishment job.
General
In the General card, select the Priority of the job - this will default to 'Normal'.
Add an optional Reference and Description.
Optionally select the checkbox to 'Create jobs as ready to start'.
Pickface Locations
In the Pickface Locations card, use the filters to search for pickface locations to create the replenishment job for.
The Warehouse filter must be selected. Optionally select the Client Partner.
The checkbox to 'Only show locations that require replenishment' will be automatically selected. You may de-select the checkbox if you wish to do so.
Replenishment Job
The Replenishment Job Detail tab displays details about the job, including;
- General details of the job,
- The job Status,
- Replenishment Totals, and
- The Current Pickface Inventory progress bar.
Performing a Replenishment Job (web portal)
To begin performing a replenishment job, move the Status to 'Ready to Start', then select 'Start Job'.
To begin the replenishment, select the 'Replenish Pickface' button.
From here, you can search the product in your inventory. Consignly will auto suggest items based on the pickface configuration.
Select Inventory to transfer into the pickface location and select the 'Transfer Inventory' button to confirm. This will transfer the product into the pickface location, and will create a 'Transfer' product transaction on the inventory product group.
Once the target quantity has been reached, the Pickface Status will be displayed with a green 'Target Reached' badge. The progress bar will also indicate that the target quantity has been achieved.
To complete the job, select the 'Complete Job' button.
