When data comes into Consignly via an Import, Integration, or a Custom App, it may end up requiring user intervention to reconcile data before being created as a consignment.
Items that are active in the Pending Import queue are able to be drilled into and reconciled.
Two items in the Pending Import queue that require reconciliation.
Tapping into the record will present a reconciliation screen that can be worked through by a user. Items that require attention will show an error or warning icon to indicate that something needs reviewing.
An address couldn't be matched in Consignly so requires user intervention.
Address resolution
When an import has data that can't be automatically reconciled, a user must resolve it. In the case of an address that can't be matched, the user will need to do one of two things:
- Search an address in Consignly to match it to; or
- Create a new address
The address that was provided in the data import is shown beneath the address field. A user can search for an address by tapping the dropdown field and entering some address text to search for.
If the address does not exist in Consignly already, then the user will need to create one. Again, from the dropdown field choose New Consignee...

Selecting New Consignee will pre-populate the New Consignee form with the data provided to Consignly. At this point the appropriate address information can be overtyped if required.

Product reconciliation
Products may require reconciliation, too. If Consignly receives a product code it doesn't know about, then it won't be able to match with the data provided.
In this case, create a new product for the Client Partner, and then revisit the reconciliation screen. Consignly will automatically attempt to reconcile the data again.
If Consignly receives outwards product quantities that can't be fulfilled by the warehouse due to insufficient inventory, Consignly will warn the user with an icon next to the Product record.
At this point, a user may choose to fulfil the request using different inventory, or create the consignment with a different amount from what was requested.
Consignly cannot fulfil this request for inventory as there are none in the warehouse
In the example above, the user may choose the Add Inventory button, to fulfil the request with different inventory.
In this case, the requested batch is not available but there are other product that the user may wish to choose instead. They are able to make the decision manually from the Add Inventory screen by clearing the batch number to widen the inventory search.

After choosing different inventory, the Products view shows the imported product and the now selected product.
If product is able to be successfully matched and reconciled with the imported data, then Consignly will show you the match as illustrated below.
