If product was accidently marked as received on an inwards consignment this action can be reversed by Unrecieving the product.
To unreceive a consignment's product first navigate to the consignment, locate the Products card and enter receive mode by choosing the Receive button in the card shoulder.

In receive mode, choose the down arrow to expand the product line that you wish to unreceive.

At the end of the row, choose the Unreceive icon to start the unreceive process.
Consignly will present you with a list of serial numbers or quantities to unreceive. Select/enter the appropriate values and then choose Unreceive Product.

Some products may not be able to be unreceived. In scenarios like this, the product may have been used in an outwards consignment, or the stock may have been adjusted and is no longer available.
