Consignments are created and managed in the Consignments menu.
To create a new consignment choose the icon. This will give you the option to create a Point to Point, Inwards or Outwards consignment.
In this case we are creating an outwards consignment.

We can now enter the consignment details beginning with the Client Partner.
Entering this field, you will be presented with a list of Client Partners to select from, you can also start typing their name to refine the options.
Provide a reference number and the date entered; this will default as today's date but you can change with the calendar if required.
You can select the route for this outwards consignment.
Begin with the Carrier Partner, and reference if applicable.
Tapping in the Origin field will provide you with a list of warehouse locations to select from.
Next, select your destination. Clicking in this field will provide you with a list of Consignee addresses to choose from.
You can also choose to add a new Consignee here in the Consignees list for that Client Partner or add an ad-hoc address that can be selected for future consignments across all client partners.
Once both origin and destination are specified, Consignly will present you with a route map.
Enter any relevant shipping information, such as container number, container size and type, vessel and voyage information.
When you are happy with the details choose Create Consignment.
Your consignment has now been created.
You can now add the inventory details you are expecting to dispatch in this outwards consignment.
Adding Products
You can now add the inventory that you are dispatching.
Locate these in your warehouse by using the Add Inventory button.
Use the filters on this dialog to enter information about your product. Information you enter will automatically filter the inventory for you.
Consignly will present to you a list of all available inventory for you to select from.
This includes the location, date received, the batch and expiry, product attributes, as well as the quantity available.
Entering a quantity will automatically select inventory based on the stock rotation and depletion method on the product. Consignly may choose inventory from multiple locations if there is not enough stock to satisfy the requirement.
If needed you can choose to select stock differently to Consignly's suggestion.
Once your inventory has been selected choose Add Inventory.
