To dispatch a consignment, select Dispatch from the App Dashboard.
This will display a list of consignments in a 'Ready to Dispatch' status.

Tap onto a Consignment to open it.
From here, review the details and, if ready, mark the consignment as Complete.
To do so, tap on the action menu and select 'Mark as Completed'.

You will be prompted to confirm the action. Select Confirm to proceed.

Capturing Proof of Delivery
If the consignment required pickup from the warehouse by the customer, you can use the Capture Proof of Delivery option to verify this. A POD can be captured on the warehouse app.
To create a POD, tap the floating action button and select Capture POD.

Enter the name of the Signatory, then create a signature.

To move to the next step, tap Next.
Each POD can have an option Description added.

Tap Confirm to save and confirm the POD.
Each POD is stored under the POD tab on the consignment in the Web Portal.
