The ‘Stock Balance’ report provides a view into your current stock levels by Warehouse and/or a specific product.

You can access the Stock Balance report off the left-hand menu bar.

Getting your stock balance
The report defaults to the current date and time but you can also run it historically to see what you had in store for any date and time in the past.
You can select a specific warehouse to run the report on or product. Leaving any of the field's blank will provide you with results across all warehouses and/or all products you store with the 3PL.
Checking 'Display serials' will split the product balance by serial number if serial numbers are being used.
Running the report will present the results on screen.

The results of the report will be presented within a ‘blade’.
Consignly displays up to 50 rows per page. You can use the arrows at the base of the report to move between pages and find more records.

Stock Balance report breakdown
Each report is broken down into multiple columns.
- Client: The first column contains your business name.
- Product: The Product Code followed by the Product Name
- Group: Your product may belong to a group if not set this will show ‘Default’.
- Serials: If your products are serialised in Consignly these serial numbers will be shown in this column.
- Quantity: a count of whichever unit the product is stocked in, at the time and date the report was run for.
- Volume and Weight: If the weight and volume have been entered into Consignly when the product was brought into store, then the totals will be calculated.
- V.Pallets: If your products have conversions applied to a Virtual Pallet (V.Pallet), then these will be shown – if they are showing as 0.00 then no conversion exists in Consignly.

Click the “Report” field displaying “Current Stock”. This will open a dropdown menu. Click “Stock at another time” to set the date and time.

To choose a different date click on the ‘Date’ field and use the calendar or type the date into the field (DD/MM/YYYY). You can also enter the time of day to gain further visibility.

Downloading a Spreadsheet of the Report
Select the filters you wish to apply to the data and then click “Export Report”. The spreadsheet will start downloading and you can then open the file to run your own analysis.
