Reports in Consignly
Consignly offers a number of pre-built reports that provide specific insights into your Consignly data.
Reports are accessed via the Reports menu item. The available reports are:
- Carrier Charges - Transactions raised by carrier.
- Client Charges - Transactions raised by client.
- Client Settings - Partner setting values by client.
- Consignment Consumables - Consumables by consignment.
- Consignment Metrics - Standard unit metrics by consignment.
- Consignment Product Detail - Consignments and their product's details.
- Consignment Product Dispatched - Outwards consignments and their dispatched products.
- Consignment Product Due - Inwards consignments and their unreceived products.
- Consignment Product Received - Inwards consignments and their received products.
- Consignment Tasks - Tasks by consignment.
- Cycle Count Report - Variance between the expected and the actual counted quantity.
- Freight Margin - Freight margins on closed consignments.
- Inventory Hazard Summary - Hazardous products on hand, grouped by class and category/division.
- Location Status - Occupied/Empty status for each location.
- Pickface Exceptions - Pickface exceptions by location.
- Pickface Replenishment- Pickface replenishment status by location.
- Pick Performance - Statistics on consignments picked using the warehouse app.
- Product Transaction Detail - Detail of product transactions.
- Scheduled Transactions - Details of scheduled transactions.
- Schedule Summary - Schedules summarised by transaction type.
- Stock Age - Inventory age by product and location.
- Stock Balance - Inventory levels grouped by product.
- Stock On Hand - Inventory levels by product and location.
- Stock Position - Inventory available or held, by product and location.
- Stock Summary - Current Inventory - Inventory present in the warehouse by product and location.
General workflow to run a report
To run a report, navigate to the report by selecting its name from the list.
A new blade will open and will present you with any criteria options that can be set before running the report.
Common criteria include date ranges.
The Run Report button will run the report to-screen. The Export Report button will generate the report data to a spreadsheet for download.
Report Permissions
Organisation owners can choose which reports are available to users in different roles. Certain reports may be available to client partners if those reports are enabled for a client partner role.
Some reports contain organisation-sensitive data and aren't available to client partners. Learn more about permissions.
