Users that have been invited to your organisation but have had their account deactivated for any reason and you need to reverse this action, you can reactivate their organisation access.
Activating a user in Consignly requires that you have the User Management permission enabled on the role you have been assigned in your Consignly organisation.
How to Re-Activate a User?
First, open the Organisation settings menu from the left hand menu bar and select Users to open the User Index. Navigate to the user you would like to deactivate by using the scrollbar or the search function. Open the user profile and find the action menu. Click to open the menu and select Activate User .
This user will now be activated and will be able to access your organisation account.
