A Trifecta connection can be established in Consignly to push Consignments as Jobs to Trifecta.
Getting started
To establish a connection, Add the App into Consignly.
You will be prompted to provide your Trifecta Client ID and Client Secret.

Once a connection has been created, you will be able to configure the connection via the Connection Detail blade.

The Account Settings card contains your Trifecta Client Id and Client Secret.

Clients
The Clients card allows you to define the clients enabled for the integration. Consignments for enabled clients will trigger an export.

Warehouses
The Warehouses card defines which Warehouses are enabled for the connection.
To enable a warehouse, select the checkbox. Once selected, define the Trifecta Division Code and Trifecta Customer Name if they differ from your Consignly Warehouse Code and Consignly Warehouse Name.
Leave these fields empty to use your Consignly Warehouse Code and Name.

Map a Consignly Reference Field to the Trifecta Order Number, Job Comments, and Job Reference fields.

Actions
Configure an action to trigger an export to Trifecta.
Export Action
Select the Trifecta Action which will occur on export.
The two options for selection are:
- Create Job, or
- Update Status to RFP.
Next, select the Consignment Type. If the Trifecta Action has been selected as 'Create Job', the Consignment Type will automatically default to Outwards.
Define the Consignment Status. The status selected here will trigger an export to Trifecta.

Carriers
The Carriers card is where you define carriers to restrict exports to consignment with a selected carrier.
Without a carrier selected, a consignment with any carrier will trigger an export.

Webhooks
Webhooks enable Consignly to receive information from Trifecta.
Access your Webhooks Authentication Key and Endpoints via the Webhooks tab of the Trifecta connection.
Exporting to Trifecta
Pushing an export to Trifecta is dependant on the action configuration.
Export will automatically take place once the consignment is moved into the appropriate status.
Within a consignment, the Connections tab will display all connected apps for that consignment. If a Trifecta connection is active, and the consignment fields meet the required configuration, Trifecta will appear in the list of connected apps.
The action menu can be used to manually export to Trifecta.
