When you create a wave, you can assign it a priority. The priority of the wave helps to determine the order in which waves should be completed when also considering the Due Date of those waves.
The three priority levels available in order of weighting are: Normal, High, or Urgent.
The following scenarios help to illustrate the impact of priority.
- If all waves have the same due date time. But different priorities, High priority waves will show ahead of Normal and Low Priority waves.
- If all waves have the same priority but different due date times, then the waves with earlier due date times will show first.
Wave Priority can be changed at any point to re-prioritise the wave and affect the ordering.
