When a Wave Pick Job has been marked as Ready to Start it becomes available for anyone with the Job Actioning Permission to Start in either the Web App or Warehousing App.
Bulk Picking Workflow (Web App)
Once a Bulk Pick job has been moved to the Ready to Start status, it can be started.

To Start the job, click Start Job, you will be presented with a confirmation dialog which you will have to confirm to proceed.

After the job has been started several things will happen.
- The Status of the Wave Pick Job will be updated to In Progress; and
- The options to Collect and Pick will be available on the footer menu.

The first phase of Bulk Picking is to Collect the products required to fulfil the Consignments in the Wave.
Consignly will direct you to the locations in the warehouse so you can Collect all the product by location (i.e. into a trolley or Forklift) and bring it to a central picking/packing area.
As you collect product from different locations the percentage collected will be updated at the top of the blade.
Collected product will show as being in the In Pick location.
Depending on your preference and the physical constraints of the product you are handling you may collect all the required product in one phase or multiple.

Pick Phase
When Bulk Picking, products would typically have been collected and brought to a central area for picking/packing. The Pick Products Blade is ordered by consignment. One or more consignments can be picked/packed at a time.

Select the check box at the top of each consignment card to select all products and click Pick Selected to pick them or select individual products to pick one at a time.

Product that has been picked will show with a tick, and the picked percentage will be displayed.

Completing the Wave
After completing the pick phase, the wave can be completed.
This optionally moves all the consignments within the wave into the Ready to Dispatch status and allows for them to be dispatched by the warehouse team.

To Complete the wave, click Complete Job and follow the prompts.

- Open the Warehousing App and navigate to the Pick feature.
- When you are ready, select a Wave Pick Job by tapping on it. Note: Wave Pick Jobs will be presented alongside standard consignment picks.
- To start the wave job, tap Start Job and Confirm your selection.
Collection Phase
- Tap Collect to start collecting product.
- Tap the product you would like to collect
- Check the details and tap Collect to collect the product.
- Move on to the next product and repeat steps 4-5 until you have collected all the product you need to collect. You may choose to collect some product and return it a Picking/Packing area making multiple collects or collect all of the product in a single collect phase.
- When you have finished the collection phase. Either return to the Wave Pick Job page and tap the Pick button or from within the Collecting page tap the action menu to choose Switch to Picking.
Picking Phase
- Tap the product you would like to Pick
- Check the details and tap Pick to pick the product.
- Move on to the next product and repeat steps 9-10 until you have picked all the product you need to pick for the wave job.
- When you are finished Picking return to the Wave Pick Job page and tap the action menu to expose the options. Tap Complete Job. Note: You can choose to print your consignment labels at this point, or this can be done within the Web Portal.
- In the dialogue, you can choose to Update the Picked Consignments to Ready to Dispatch and Confirm.
- The Wave Job is now complete - you can return to the Pick menu to select a new wave to action.
Note: The search bar and filter options can be used to find the appropriate wave pick job.
