When a Wave Pick Job has been marked as Ready to Start it becomes available for anyone with the Job Actioning Permission to Start in either the Web App or Warehousing App.
Parallel Picking Workflow (Web App)
Once a Parallel Pick job has been moved to the Ready to Start status, it can be started.

To start the job, click Start Job, you will be presented with a confirmation dialog which you will have to confirm to proceed.

After the job has been started several things will happen.
- The Status of the Wave Pick Job will be updated to In Progress; and
- The option to Pick will be available on the footer menu.

Completing the Wave Pick Job
After completing picking, the wave can be completed.
This moves all the consignments within the wave into the Ready to Dispatch status and allows for them to be Dispatched by the warehouse team.

To Complete the wave, click Complete Job and follow the prompts.

Parallel Picking Workflow (Warehouse App)
- Open the Warehousing App and navigate to the Pick feature.
- When you are ready select a Wave Pick Job by tapping on it. Note: Wave Pick jobs will be presented alongside standard consignment picks.
- To start the wave job tap Start Job and Confirm your selection.
- Tap Pick to start Picking.
- Tap the product you would like to Pick
- Check the Details and tap Pick to pick the product.
- Move on to the next product and repeat steps 4-5 until you have picked all the product you need to pick for the wave job.
- When you are finished Picking return to the Wave Detail and tap the action menu to expose the options. Tap Complete Job. Note: You can choose to print your consignment labels at this point, or this can be done within the Web Portal.
- In the dialogue, you can choose to Update the Picked Consignments to Ready to Dispatch and Confirm.
- The Wave Job is now complete - you can return to the Pick menu to select a new wave to action.
Note: The search bar and filter options can be used to find the appropriate wave pick job.
