Blades and Cards
Blades
Consignly screens are arranged using blades. Blades are screens that stack, and help make sure Consignly can be used on multiple devices, from desktops, to laptops and tablets, through to mobile devices.
Cards
Information within a blade will often be laid out using a series of cards. Cards help group like information together.
Partners
Once your organisation is configured in Consignly, you will need to add Partners to work with Consignly.
Carrier Partners and Client Partners can be created.
A Carrier Partner is a transport operator that will transport goods in or out of your warehouse.
A Client Partner is an entity that you store goods on behalf of. Client Partners need products created in order to bring goods into a warehouse.
Consignments
Consignments is where the bulk of Consignly operations occur.
Inwards consignments are created to bring goods into your warehouse. Items coming in can be received and stored in a warehouse location.
Outwards consignments are created to ship goods from your warehouse to one of your Client's customers. Items can be searched within the warehouse based on defined stock rotation methods, can be picked using our Warehouse App, and can be pushed to your TMS partner for dispatch and delivery.
Proof of Delivery (POD) information can be received into Consignly, and as your Client Partners can be connected directly with Consignly, they can view their POD directly from Consignly.
