Carrier Partners which have been deactivated in the past can be reactivated if needed.
What happens when you reactivate a carrier partner?
When a carrier partner is reactivated it will lose its Inactive label beside its name in the Partner Index and on the Partner Profile and will move to an Active state.
The partner will now become available to be selected as a Carrier when creating or editing consignments.
How to Reactivate a Carrier Partner?
To reactivate a Carrier Partner, first open the Partners Index from the left hand menu bar. Next, navigate to the Carrier Partner you would like to reactivate by scrolling or using the search function.
The Relationship filter can also be used to narrow the partner list to only Carrier Partners.
Once you have located the Carrier Partner, find the Action Menu on the partner and click Activate Partner.
The Carrier Partner will now return to an Active state.
