Importing Unit Conversions allows you to create or edit existing unit conversion definitions for a Client Partner.
To get started, visit the Products tab of the Client Partner you wish to import Unit Conversions for.
Select the action menu, located on the top-right of the card shoulder, and choose the Import Unit Conversions option. This will open the Unit Conversion Import blade.
Choose the Download Template File button to download a CSV file. Choose the Content Type for the file as either;
- Blank, or
- All Existing.
If Blank has been selected, fill out the file to create unit conversions for a product or products.
If All Existing has been selected, edit the file contents to update unit conversions for a product/products.
Select the file with the data to import, then select the Process Import File button.

You will be presented with a table displaying the data that will be processed into Consignly.
Any errors in the file preventing import will also be surfaced here. You may select the Show Invalid Only checkbox to view the invalid lines only.
If there are errors preventing import, fix these errors in the file then re-upload the file. The Import Unit Conversions button will be available if there are no errors in the import file.
