If product was accidently picked on an Outwards consignment this action can be reversed by Unpicking the product.
To unpick a consignment product first navigate to the consignment, locate the Products card and enter pick mode by selecting Pick from the shoulder.

In pick mode, choose the down arrow to expand the product line that you wish to unpick.

At the end of the row, choose the Unpick icon to start the unpick process.
Consignly will present you with a list of serial numbers or quantities to unpick. Select/enter the appropriate values and then choose Unpick Product.

Some products may not be able to be unpicked because those items have already been dispatched.
In these cases, you may need to undispatch the product first.
