To get visibility over inventory store in your warehouses, visit the Inventory menu item within Consignly.
By default, the list shows On Hand products, however you can choose to change this view by adjusting the Stock filter or Status filter appropriately.
The inventory shows metrics for stock in the warehouse, along with a number underneath denoting how much is committed to any outwards consignments.
The Inventory screen in Consignly
The Stock filter has a number of options available:
- In Stock
- Due Stock
- Depleted Stock
- Quarantined Stock
On Hand will list any product that are currently in stock in your warehouse. This includes inventory that might be committed on an outwards consignment but has not yet been dispatched.
Depleted Stock will show any product that has been in your warehouse and has since been depleted.
Quarantined Stock will show any product that has been moved to the quarantine location.
Inventory Detail
Navigating into a product will show you detail about the product, including locations where it is currently stored in your warehouse.
Using the action menu next to each row allows you to view the Warehouse Transactions that trace all actions that have happened on this inventory, as well as allowing you to adjust, transfer, or quarantine stock.

Import Inventory
You may bring product into your warehouse and skip the Inwards consignment step by using the Import Inventory operation.
Access this from the action menu in the shoulder of the Inventory view.

This is useful for setting initial stock balances in Consignly without raising charges that might normally be raised through creating an Inwards consignment.
