The Action Menu and Download menu on a consignment header exposes a number of different things that can be performed on the consignment.

Action Menu
The action menu is available by selecting the action menu icon (3 dots) in the shoulder of the card header.
Edit Service Type
If you have configured service types in Consignly, choosing Edit Service Types will allow you to add one or more service types to your consignment. Service types may be used in Rate Cards to support targeting charges for different service offerings applied to a consignment.
Return Products
If your organisation has the feature enabled, choosing Return Products allows for products sent on an outwards consignment to be brought back into the warehouse, creating an inwards consignment from that outwards consignment.
Copy consignment
Allows the user to duplicate a consignment. The consignment will be copied with the same General, Route, and Shipping details.
View Client Partner
A quick link to the Client Partner that the consignment is for.
View Carrier Partner
A quick link to the Carrier Partner that is used on the consignment.
This option will not be available if there is no currently selected Carrier Partner.
View Warehouse
A quick link to the Warehouse that the products are coming from.
Void Consignment
Allows the user to void a consignment. This option is only available if the user has permission to void the consignment.
Download menu
The download menu is available by selecting the download icon in the shoulder of the card header.
There are a number of PDF documents and XLSX's that can be downloaded to allow printing of things such as consignment information, picking list, DG declaration forms, pallet and product labels, etc.
