New users join Consignly through an invitation sent by an existing organisation member.
If your invitation isn't working, it's usually one of these reasons:
- The link has expired. Invitation links last for 24 hours. Once this 24 hours has passed, the link will no longer be valid.
- You're using the wrong email. The invite only works for the email address the invitation was sent to.
What to do:
- Confirm you're using the email address the invite was sent to
- Ask the organisation owner to resend the invitation
