The Consignment Returns Feature allows products that have been sent on an Outwards Consignment to be returned back to the warehouse.
The Consignment Returns Feature creates an Inwards Consignment from that Outwards Consignment.
Return Products
To begin, navigate to the outwards consignment you're looking to return product from.
Open the consignment action menu and select "Return Products". This will open the Return Products blade.

The Date Entered, Expected Arrival Date, and Expected Arrival Time will be pre-populated as the date and time the product return item was selected. These fields can be edited.
The Route card will also be pre-populated with the relevant Origin and Destination Addresses.
Selecting Products to Return
A partial or full selection of products from the consignment can be selected for a product return.
To select all products; use the checkbox at the top of the Products card.
To select some products; use the checkbox on the product or package line.
If less than the entire product line quantity is being returned, the required quantity can be entered.
Individual serials can also be selected for return.
Using the package line checkbox will select the entire package. Using the product line beneath the package allows for a quantity to be entered.
Selecting a partial quantity of products for a Product Return
Once products have been chosen, select the "Create Consignment" button.
This will create the Product Return as an Inwards Consignment. From here, follow the regular Receiving Products process to return these products back to the warehouse.
